I’m in charge of the IT buildout. They also made me the lead of an On Boarding task force to make sure new hires get what they need day one to be productive. I have HR, Business and IT on my team. We will be hiring 1000 to 1100 people by end of 2018. Been nuts for me.

Coming out of our driveway is becoming a hazard. Mary and the grandkids were almost smashed into when some woman turned into our neighborhood at least 40 MPH. She barely stopped to avoid a collision.
